PRAXM Management Group is a multifamily and mixed-use commercial real estate management firm. We are located in Indianapolis, Indiana, providing exceptional property management services for both core owned assets of Cityscape Residential and to third-party client assets. We understand and prioritize that serving investors, clients, service providers, team members and residents alike, is our primary focus.


Our focus is on meeting or exceeding budget and timeline expectations for our clients. Our team members are here to train and support while we cultivate expertise in maximizing individual and team performance; to ensure that all processes are set up and managed proactively and to provide the most streamline administrative and marketing operations. Our on-site leasing and management teams provides the highest level of sales performance coupled with the highest level of prospect and resident engagement possible.

We have exceptional property management services for core real estate assets, which focuses on meeting or exceeding budget and timeline expectations for new development properties and stabilized owned properties.
We excel in Property Management for new development properties and/ or to stabilize previously owned properties. Our team members are trained to cultivate expertise in maximizing individual and team performance. Our hope is to create a unique community experience for our residents.
Vendor management is an important part of the property management process. At PRAXM, we work to establish top level suppliers, vendors, service providers and contractors. When possible, we work with local vendors and supplies in efforts to support the communities in which we operate.
PRAXM ensures all processes are set up and managed pro-actively. We work to provide the most streamlined administrative and marketing operations so the primary focus for on-site leasing and management teams can provide the highest level of sales performance coupled with the highest level of prospect and resident engagement possible.

    "There aren’t enough stars on this platform to truly represent the quality of this apartment! Holli, Jonelle and staff are professional and warm 100 percent of the time. I moved from Jeffersonville, IN to go to school in the Indianapolis area and wanted to hopefully find somewhere clean and nice with all the amenities..and truly nothing comes came close in all of my searching to the standards of the Ascent apartments. Salt water pool, grill area, beautifully kept common areas, office, pool table, Gym(actual gym not just a yoga mat and 2 pound dumbbells), and luxury digital coffee maker to get the perfect cup of coffee while you watch the geese fly into the protected wetland area behind the area. Thank you Ascent for everything!!!!"

From Randell during the leasing process, to Jonelle and Kaylee for day-to-day matters, to Kevin and Troy in maintenance, customer service is paramount--they make me feel like I'm the only resident! I am anything but though, because this place is booming, with people clamoring to get into these newly constructed apartments in the middle of the fantastic Fort Ben area."

Rebecca Collins is the Director of Communications & Property Management with PRAXM Management LLC & Cityscape Residential, LLC. Rebecca’s role focuses on driving occupancy and rent growth while emphasizing innovation simultaneously. Rebecca’s skillset sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and technology. Areas of expertise include marketing strategy, communication, brand management, evaluating and implementing new technologies, and impacting leasing and operations.

Rebecca’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, and leadership. She works tirelessly and thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.

She is experienced in assisting organizations to achieve major business initiatives through strategic business expertise, collaboration, and innovation. Rebecca assists in identifying potential gaps and develops creative solutions specifically tailored to address each unique challenge. Her abilities to increase profitability, attract and retain top talent, streamline processes, and improve overall operating performance are unmatched.
